The Mauritius Golf Federation hosted an exchange with golfers from the Lucifer Golfing Society based in London and whose Patron is HRH Prince Andrew.This famous society was founded in 1921 by a group of keen golfers mainly from London and has been promoting a gathering of overseas golfers from the Commonwealth countries including Mauritius.

During their  stay  at Le Paradis  between 20th November and 27th , there were two competitions against Mauritian Golfers at Le Paradis and Mauritius Gymkhana Club. There were 18 golfers including ladies and the  purpose of their visit was to see the evolution of golf in Mauritius.
