Sylvie Tellier, CEO of the company Miss France, has this year chosen Mauritius to be the country of preparation from 15 to 22 November 2012 for 33 contestants before the selection of Miss France in December 2012.
The preparation contest will be filmed in Mauritius. Miss France is the trademark of an annual beauty pageant and its Director General is Sylvie Tellier, herself Miss France 2002.
The pageant is held each year in December. Broadcast on television since the 1987 edition of the contest, the competition is a qualifier for Miss World and Miss Universe.
The 66th election of Miss France 2012 will be held in France on December 2012 and will be broadcast live on TF1.
During the evening, 33 candidates, all representatives of their regions in France, will be contenders in the diadem of beauty and the sash of Miss France 2012 to succeed Delphine Wespiser, Miss France 2011.
